Livewire and Tranax Announce the Launch of the Livewire Destination Ticketing Solution

York, PA, April 15, 2005 – Livewire Kiosk, a leading innovator of self-service technology, is pleased to announce the launch of the ATM-based Livewire Destination Ticketing Solution. Livewire and Fremont, CA based Tranax Technologies have partnered to create the Livewire Destination Ticketing Solution running on the Tranax Ticketing Self-Service Terminal (SST). This is a machine that represents the convergence of traditional ATM functionality with self-service destination ticketing technologies.

With the launch of this new solution, consumers will now have the ability to purchase a range of destination tickets on a fully self-service basis as well as complete standard ATM transactions, all from a single terminal. The Livewire solution groups tickets by venue, product and price, and are available for destinations such as:

• Amusement Parks
• Ski Resorts
• Water Parks
• Fairs
• Concerts
• Sporting Events
• State and Federal Parks
• Cruise and Bus Tours
• Other General Admission Destinations

The Ticketing SST and Livewire Solution have been designed to provide consumers with faster, easier and cheaper access to key local destinations, while delivering merchants and our distribution partners with a range of key benefits including increased revenue opportunities, product differentiation and reduced operating costs.
